How To Prevent Toenail Fungus
If your toenails have become very thick and you find it hard to cut them,
you can safely assume you have fungus of toenails. The other symptoms of
fungus in toenails are color change (nails may become yellow or blackish
in color), and when they look dry and very crumbly. Fungus finds it easy
to take shelter underneath and around the toenails. People wear shoes and
socks all the time which leads to conditions which are favorable for the
development of fungus. Fungus thrives in damp, dark and warm conditions
and we present all three when we wear shoes and socks for hours at
stretch. Fungus is not easy to cure once it develops, so it is better to
take preventive measures so that it does not develop. |
